Section 1: Who We Are and What We Provide

Welcome to Monti’s Mobile Bar Service, your go to dry hire mobile bartending service. We specialize in bringing the experience to your event — without the alcohol. Whether you’re planning a wedding, private party, corporate gathering, or special celebration, we provide everything you need to serve up an unforgettable experience.

While we don’t supply the alcohol, we bring everything else:

  • Professional bartenders

  • Fully equipped portable bar set up

  • Ice, coolers, and plastic cups

  • Mixers, garnishes, and drinkware

  • Customized drink menus and consultation

  • Set up and cleanup services

Our goal is to make hosting your event seamless, stylish, and stress-free. You supply the beverages- we take care of the rest.

Section 2: Terms of Booking & Payment

To secure your event date, a 50% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Both booking and deposit has to be made no later than two weeks prior to the event. The remaining balance must be paid in full before services are rendered.

Please note the following payment terms:

  • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. No bookings are guaranteed without a deposit.

  • Refund Policy: All deposits are non-refundable regardless of the circumstances.

  • Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least one week prior to the event date. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to additional chargers.

  • Card on File: A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file to cover any additional charges, damage, or overtime

  • Overtime: Anytime beyond the contracted event hours will insure a charge of $100 per additional hour, billed in full hour increments.

By booking with us, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our goal is to ensures every event runs smoothly, and your cooperation helps make that possible!

Section 3: Liability, Insurance, and Safety

Monti’s Mobile Bar is a fully insured mobile bartending service and carries general liability insurance for all events we service. In addition, all our bartenders are bartending certified by the State of California. We are committed to providing professional, responsible, and safe bartending at every event.

However, by booking our service, the client agrees to the following terms:

  • Host Responsibility: The host/client is solely responsible for the behavior and actions of their guests. We are not liable for any damages, injuries, accidents, or incidents caused by guests during or after the event.

  • Property Damage: Any damage to our equipment, property, or staff caused by guests or the host will be the financial responsibility of the client.

  • Right to Refuse Service: Our bartenders reserve the right to refuse services to any guest who appears intoxicated, is underage, or poses a threat to the safety of others or our staff. This is strictly enforced in line with responsible service practices.

  • Underage Drinking: We have a zero-tolerance policy for underage drinking. Valid ID is required for anyone appearing under the legal drinking age.

  • Event Environment: If the working conditions are deemed unsafe or if staff are harassed or threatened, we service the right to shut down the bar and leave the event without refund. No guests are allowed behind the bar or handling any property that belong to Monti’s Mobile Bar.

By securing our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Our priority is to service responsibly, protect our team and property, and contribute to a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

These terms are here for your reference when considering Monti’s Mobile Bar for your event. When booking, a formal copy will be provided and signed to secure your booking
